General Terms and Conditions of Business

Order
All orders are binding. In your own interest, please make sure that the delivery address and telephone number given to us are correct and complete. We cannot accept any liability for any delays or non-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We reserve the right to change the specifications of the products without prior notice.

Prices
The article prices in the shop are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the statutory value added tax for private purchases. For internal business purchases, the prices are shown exclusive of the statutory value added tax.

Payment
Payment for private orders is made exclusively by TWINT. Business purchases are made against invoice. The invoice is emailed directly to the accounting department.

Delivery, shipping and packaging costs
You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order. This merely confirms receipt of the order via the eShop. If no information is displayed for successful payment, the payment process was probably not completed correctly. In such a case, please contact us directly by e-mail or telephone.

The execution of the order depends on the availability of the products. For express orders and special shipments, please contact us in advance. If this is not possible, you will be notified by us. Products may be shipped in more than one package.

Private orders
Shipments with a goods value of less than CHF 50: CHF 4.50 (incl. VAT)
Shipments with a goods value of CHF 50 or more: Free of charge
Express delivery: CHF 25.00 (incl. VAT)

Business orders
Within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, we charge shipping costs of CHF 8.80 per parcel excluding VAT (priority). The costs for express shipments (Mondexpress) are CHF 23.20 per parcel excl. VAT. Truck deliveries for large orders are charged at cost. The actual shipping costs will be listed on the invoice.

Delivery times
Priority: approx. 1 - 2 days after dispatch
Mondexpress: the following day by 9 a.m. (except Sundays and public holidays)

Returns
The delivered goods must be checked immediately upon receipt. Returns are not permitted. In exceptional cases, items may be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition after prior consultation. In this case, you can return the goods received within 14 days of receipt and thus withdraw from the purchase. All costs for the return of the goods are to be borne by the customer, unless the goods are defective or faulty. The right of return does not apply to used items.

Refunds for non-defective or faulty items are exclusive of shipping costs and exclusive of the supplier's internal costs. If the returned item is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging of the item is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 20% of the original retail price from the cost of the item.

Exchange
The goods delivered must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Exchanges are generally not provided for. In exceptional cases, items may be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition after prior consultation. In this case, please enclose a note with the return, stating your name, the order number, the reason for the return and the desired size.

All costs for the return are to be borne by the customer. The return must be made in the original packaging. The right of exchange does not apply to used items. Exchanges will only be granted for products in undamaged, unused condition. If the returned product is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging of the item is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange on the item.

Damaged items
The delivered goods must be checked immediately upon receipt. If you notice a defect in the delivered goods, please inform us by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. We will then inform you about the further procedure.

Damaged or defective items must usually be returned with a note stating your name, order number, reason for return and what action is required. Depending on the damage and availability, a replacement will be delivered or the costs refunded.

However, claims for damages due to incorrect illustrations, texts and prices or in case of late delivery are excluded.

Incorrect deliveries
The delivered goods must be checked immediately upon receipt. If you discover an incorrect delivery, please inform us by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. We will then contact you and inform you about the further procedure.

Incorrectly delivered items must usually be returned with a note stating your name, the order number, the reason for the return and the action you wish to take. Depending on availability, the correct item will be delivered or the cost refunded.

Returns must be made within 14 days in an intact, unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging.

Data protection
We undertake to process your personal data only for the purpose of business transactions within the framework of our online shop and to make it accessible to third parties. All personal data will of course be treated confidentially. The data necessary for the business transaction will be stored and kept for voucher purposes within the scope of the legal accounting obligations.
